Interested in increasing your performance by adding supplementary training but not sure where to start? Want to learn how to proactively stave off injuries? We’ll teach you running-specific strength exercises to boost your power, core exercises to keep you going strong, and drills to hone your form and increase your speed.

These exercises will be ones you can do in your own home, making it more likely that you will consistently do them and, thus, gain important strength to stave off injury and become a more efficient, stronger, faster athlete.

There is an interactive component to this seminar so wear athletic clothing and bring a yoga mat, towel, or something similar.
