Seminar: Women's Running Talk (Part I - Running Safety)

September 17, 2019
7:00 PM-9:00 PM

Seattle, WA

This seminar focuses on safety (in-city and on trails) and includes a self defense course.

Kate Woodard is an avid ultrarunner, horse lover (her background is vast…ask her about it sometime!), and self-defense instructor. She will be leading the safety and self-defense portion of this seminar. Her experience as a female distance runner means she has first-hand knowledge about what women face and need to know in terms of self-defense while on the run.

This is the first of a series of seminars focusing on important women’s topics.
Want to attend this seminar and Part II? Register for both at a
discounted price!
